That is one heck of an epic event you guys created, really would have done anything to have been there hehe... anything short of buying a CT :(

Did Valentino get to drive any CTs during the day or his stay? I assume he signed the interiors for a lot of CTs?

    Hey Kirk,

Nice to put a face on the pseudo!... Thank you for the pictures of the garage... I did not even think to take one in there... I kept looking at the stuff to get idea for mine.

I especially looked at the 400GT. In that kind of a shape, I think I would just leave it as is in display on the lift. Mario is becoming a lambo samaritain over the years and takes Lambos in need under his wing for resucitation. The latests being the burned 500QV from CT being revived...
To do that you have to have unwaiving faith.

    Kirk:12670 looks fabulous, as usual!

Is the Oro (Gold) the original color on that Silhouette? Awesome if it is!

    VERY cool.
I am glad I did not paint to Tahiti Blu. It is much nicer to have both of our colors to display.

40066 was delivered in Marrone and featured very briefly in the film Bloodline, later Gaillo and now Oro.
40010 was the only car delivered in Oro for 1976 Earls Court Show and featured in Convoy article.

I drive it everywhere, its never trailered.

The Italy/Roma plates are authentic items (the car was delivered by the Rome dealer in 1979) but for the road I use my current California dealer plates.

no. no. The one in the garage is not the burned car. the burned car is tucked elsewhere. beleive work has started. Car was unsightly for the garage...
