I can't say that I dislike the California in yellow.

Lars, did you spot a Cali in Nero Daytona with a Grigio opaco roof?

Congratulations Lars, you just made me wanna post a comment ;-)

Thanks for sharing the pictures, especially the Aparta. But I have a question: Did the last FF have writing on the body? Or is it just my imagination?

Sorry to say... no, just a few full black Californias, not in combination with a Grigio Opaco roof I´m afraid.

    Ciao,

You are correct: The dark blue FF has lots of scratches and even writing in the paint. I don´t have a clue why that is, only that it´s obviously not a car on its regular pre-delivery test drive, since it was driving around several times during the two days I was present there.

    Ciao,

    Lars T.

what color blue is that on the 458? I looks similar to the Cali you posted in an earlier update.... not quite TDF a little lighter...

I think it might be Blu Mirabeau, a very nice colour in my opinion.

Very neat, thanks for sharing :)

I'm really starting to like the FF the more that I see actual pictures of it.

Simply awesome Lars! Love viewing your work. I've stood in that exact same location and taken many photos. :) What's interesting is lots of FF's and Aperta's but no signs of the 458 spider??

That grigio (can anyone tell me which?) SA might be even more awesome than the Bianco Fuji/blu!

Hi Lars, great photos - thanks for posting.

I intend to visit Maranello tomorrow: what is the best time to go to spot the cars leaving the gates?

Also, did you visit the Lamborghini factory? I also intend to visit Sant'Agata tomorrow.

As I have a car, I am open for any suggestions for other nearby places to visit or suggestions for lunch.

    Luke

Looks a bit like Grigio Ferro Metallic, it's lighter than Grigio Silverstone.

I did briefly see a covered (with a red blanket) 458 Spider driving by on the factory grounds, but no pics.

    Hi Luke,

08:00-12:00 and 13:00-17:00 are the best times in my experience, but you might also see Ferraris outside these hours.

I didn't visit Lamborghini this time, but have done so on other occasions. Here the "road-test" entrance is on the far right side of the factory. They have a nice museum and also a shop. The reception area usually has two cars present too.

For lunch, my personal favorite is the Made in Red cafe on the central town square (just behind the bus station) or also the restaurant of hotel Domus in the same location.

When driving from Ferrari to Lamborghini you normally pass by Maserati too. They have a large showroom at the factory, also including a shop that sells books, brochures, model cars, clothes etc.

Also, you might want to visit off. Ferrari dealer Motor S.p.A. in Modena, taking pics here is always ok. Just remember lunch hours can be very long in Italy (anything between 12:00 and 15:00 is a risk to find a shop or dealer closed).

Hope this helps a little - have fun tomorrow!

    Ciao,

    Lars T.

Maybe M-Individual can give his thoughts on the color, since he has pretty good knowledge of Grigio Ferro met!?
