From news, govt might have new measures on the use of T-plates.

I saw a red newer and a quite commmon (I don't know the year model) toyota sport coupe with a t-plate in Tuen Mun Swimming Pool a few days ago when I was in town, I asked myself "What's up with that?". You may think anyone would pay the registration fee for a Toyota.

Given that folks are (according to SCMP today) downloading an iPhone app that emulates the "beep" when you use your Octopus on a bus, presumably to avoid paying......and those that illegally park all around Cyberport when there is a perfectly good and large car park.......then avoiding a Toyota registration is perfectly beleivable.

I have that app, LOL; the sound clip was around years ago, can't understand how people can get away with using it, fun for annoying people though :p

The coolest App for my playbook is to turn the screen into flashing red and blue lights. Really useful when you are coming up behind someone at a rate of knots and they are failing to respond to flashing highbeams

Now THAT is a cool idea. What is the app called as there appear to be many "Police Light" apps in appstore?
