Think someone said earlier that it's maintenance which doesn't come with parts, no? Stuttgart Auto covers almost all parts except tyres & brake pads but probably got to study the fine prints. Anyway, who keeps these cars more than 3yrs? Hands up!
Some alternative rojak from this morning... an Abarth!!! Part of Billy Wong's massive collection of classics. He really has an amazing selection of automobiles!!! Image Unavailable, Please Login Image Unavailable, Please Login Image Unavailable, Please Login
Oh man, what's he doing with a Fiat?! Haha, this is damn cool man. Looks like a rally prep car, he really should've sent either of his collection & join us for Mille Miglia Classic race. Dude, who's that chick next to u
For F430, most owners service their car only once a year. Ital will like you to send in your car every 6mths but the in btw yearly service is only for inspection and checking to ensure all your system is ok. Most owners dont send their car in for this inspection. I believe is 15k km or yearly whichever come first. Excellent news! Currently, owners need to pay $9700 for the Power Cube extended warranty from year 4-5 and then Power Normal $6700 from yr 6-7. This new Maintenance Programme covers all the extend warranty and more! Let me do a rough calculation on the saving: Yearly Service cost about $3k * 7yrs = $21,000 Saving from Purchase of extended warranty = $32,800 Total Saving = $53,800. We have not take into account the Parts cost yet!!!! So a owners who drive his cars to 7yrs can really safe up to $70k or more easily. Very very good news for new F owners.
Harold has a nice set of pecs. If anyone needs to reach me from here..emale me [email protected] easy to remember.
Restrike is a better word. HID can have instant restart, but you need to use electronic ballasts it also shortens the life of the bulb for hot restrikes. LEDs below 50W is ok. Anything above for now is not reliable, junction temperature issues not resolved.
I just heard there's been another bad accident near Dempsey. I hope the driver is ok but by all accounts there's one less Lamborghini (LP640??) on our roads
Well, trouble with modern cars is that the limits with driver aids are so high that when you do get it really wrong, even pro race car drivers will crash let alone mere mortals. Good thing is the safety level though. Just back from visiting my friend in London. Will post some interesting classic pics when I get back. LOL, I forgot my bluetooth password and locked myself out so no pics for now.
Yes very bad. Eyewitness told me that car is probably written off. Not sure if there was a motorcyclist involved too. Hope everyone is ok.
Just drove past Dempsey, it looks very bad, parts of the car all over the place. It looks like a pearl white LP. Heard from Lambo the owner is OK, lucky guy.
More importantly, hope the biker is ok. I told my sons that they better not ride bikes and learn to love cars instead!
I heard that too! I called tim and he didn't pick up. Scare the hell out of me just now. Spoke to Tim, not him. I hope the owner or whoever is driving is ok!
