Anybody want to buy a Mondial t tool kit? It's unused, as these often are. Any offers? Image Unavailable, Please Login
I paid £400 for it last year (£340 for the kit and then another £55 for the towing eye, which was missing) I'm selling it because I bought a spare wheel and now have bought the Ferrari jacking kit instead....well, it's for the 3.2 as they don't actually do one for the 3.4 but it will be fine. I'd like to get my money back but the best offer secures, minimum would be what I paid for the jacking kit (£240)
This is still for sale. I'm asking £300 which is about $450, is this price too high? I paid £400 (about $600) last year from Eurospares in the UK and now the price has gone up to £500/$750 from them. Postage is one thing to be aware of, to the USA is about £40/$60
With that external patina and what looks like very clean interior and parts, I would expect that to be a very decent if not low price. good luck.
I think this is it... http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/Ferrari-Mondial-t-tool-kit-/160589167956?pt=UK_CarsParts_Vehicles_CarParts_SM&hash=item2563dc3d54
Yes that's it I think with a bit of leather food the case would come up like new if that's what you wanted. I left it alone as some people like the patina. That leather strap cost £50 from Ferrari
I am now high bidder but I assume your reserve is 300. I would love to have it but for $500+ shipped I'm not feeling it. It is beautiful though. dave
Man, we could have worked that deal a week ago... Your at my offer now. A bird in the hand is worth two in the bush they say...
I am sorry I don't remember our conversation. There was a guy called Tony from this forum from the USA last week who said he would buy it for £300 but after I sent him my paypal email address for payment I never heard from him again. I think he's busy doing Real Estate but I assumed he changed his mind.
Really? I am looking at private messages on 4/29 - 4/30 - 5/4 - three on 5/5 - and a final one on 5/9... All about your tool kit. Nevertheless my offer is/was basically what you are now willing to accept. Its cool tho' my man.
Yes I can see where we were at. You offered $400 which is about £260 but we stumbled on postage costs to the USA which were going to be well over $100
I see it ended at £237.00 ($383.82). Being the Mondial tofosi I am I can still honor my original offer if your would like, if you can finalize the shipping cost possibility from your last PM: "...The cost to post this Airmail (estimated delivery time 7 days) and insured ... will be £90 The economy option was not much cheaper....£80 and it takes 6 weeks by sea... Oh sorry for some Reason I thought you were in Australia. It's cheaper to post to you in the USA..." You never did give me an idea of what "cheaper to post to you in the USA" was actually. Happy to help out if you decide to sell it.
I did in my last message a couple of weeks ago offer it to you for £320 (approx $480) including postage to the USA. The postage cost is approx £60 (about $90) so that's close to your offer of $400 for the tool kit. You are welcome to use your own courier if you can get a better price. In this case I would sell the tool kit to you for your offer of $400 and you'd then need to pay me (for the tool kit) by PAYPAL.
Cool. I will check and see if I can do a UPS pick up with my UPS account then just send you a label to print off.
I just need to wait for a reply from the guy who bought my Mondial to see if he wants it. I supplied the car with a spare wheel and Ferrari jacking kit plus a tow hook but he sent me a message last night about this tool kit. I should know by the end of today.
I am sorry but after all that the guy who bought my Mondial t has bought it off me. The reason I did not supply it with the car (as explained already) was that I sold the car with a space saver spare wheel, Ferrari jacking kit, and tow hook.
