So I'm new in this forum and would like to ask help from anyone who has any idea how to install or make the TPMS in the f355 work..i have a 94 355 and there is a warning light that says low tire pressure so i guess this car must have a TPMS but my problem is i have no idea how to set it up properly. i tried looking at the manual and didn't seem to find much info i would need in installing the TPMS..This was a used 355 and it came with the TPMS cut out probably because the previous owner did not want it

PLS HELP! i would really appreciate it if you guys can give some links or probably what components i may need to buy to get the TPMS in this 355 working again.

    thanks,
    Vince

There is no TPMS on the 355 - check the manual for what the light really means

Is it perhaps the shock absorber light below the seat belt ? See very end of section F in the manual

guys, heres a section from the manual I'm using..in figure A, you can see there that thre is a warning light that says tire pressure low which is why i assume the 355 im using comes with a TPMS..i just Don't know how to set it up..:(

I'm sorry for the picture which is too small but look at fig A dashboard..at the lower left part it says tire pressure low..that is also present in the 355 i have..i think there are many kinds of 94 355's and some are a bit different from the other just like the US and non- US versions..

Might it not have been easier to say light 4 ?

As noted above I am not aware of any 355 with factory TPMS so I do not believe your car has that light installed - it is like all the others : blank

I'm very happy to be corrected and learn something but.....

Another way of looking at this non-issue is that if any other 355s had it someone's would have gone wrong and there would be a thread somewhere here - there's none - not even a hint

actually the wirings are all present and there's even a bulb found in this slot..the sensors are missing which is why i wanted to ask help on how to install this system..i noticed that in the fig A, it supposedly for cars with motronic 2.7 ( i have no idea what this is) as shown in the description of this section in the workshop manual..any ideas with what motronic 2.7 is? maybe most 355's are with motronic 5.2 or with airbags (fig B and C) which is why slot 4 is blank/available/free.

The search function can be your friend. Lots of information is available on this site.

Search on Motronic 2.7 and 5.2 and you will have lots to read and consider.

Were tire pressure monitoring systems even available anywhere in 1995?
