I missed practice, forgot about the whole Thursday thing. Is anyone hosting the footage somewhere? I can only find a couple of short clips on YouTube and SPEED in it's infinite wisdom is airing debrief 3 times while not replaying practice...... Rob
I was thinking Monaco, and an ex-winner to boot Even the great Senna stuffed it in the barriers while leading by a mile. MS also had a spinout crash in '96
+1. No great FA fan but nice to see Red atop the board. I hope he gets the car to P1 and a win. Not happy to see another Red Bull win.
Anyone else want to admit that they woke up early today for qualifying, only to turn on the TV and remember "Oh yeah, Monaco...qualifying is SATURDAY..." Varsha said several times during practice that qualifying was today. I kept shaking my head but somehow it stuck in my brain... Ah well. Fchat and YouTube, etc. will suffice...yawn!
No. I woke up and went "Oh yeah, Monaco, Practice 1 and 2 are on THURSDAY..." Because Qualifying is always on Saturday...
Fortunately, TiVo knows when to record stuff for me. It recorded Thursday practice and has the weekend recordings all mapped out. Damn thing's smarter than I am! It also found "F1 Debrief" on Speed. Now I get to hear those three's ruminations as well. Hey, at least I won't miss anything.
It is. I have a weekly meeting with folks in Singapore. For me it is in the evening and for them in the morning. I never know what date I should put on the minutes...
Rosberg had a pretty big shunt in practice 3 just now. It looks like he will quite possibly miss qualifying as he damaged the car pretty bad.
If the Ferrari lacks race pace, then I reckon Button's McLaren will be able to keep the Red Bulls at bay. I'm predicting either Alonso or Button for the victory tomorrow, as the Red Bulls look a little off the pace compared to their usual dominance throughout the season. It'll be interesting though... the Red Bull drivers will actually have to drive the wheels off the cars and be properly intensely competitive for track position. I wonder if this will induce a few mistakes? All the best, Andrew.
