Hey Guys, I was given the heads up by the owner that his brand new Ferrari 599 GTO would be delivered today. Coming straight from Italy, the GTO was carefully unloaded at the local Ferrari dealership this morning. As you can see, this is one of the most unique GTOs out there. The stunning paint code is Rosso Fuoco and it has to be seen in person to be truly appreciated. The colour seems to transform in all lighting conditions and is very deep and rich. Other options on this car include carbon fiber side sills, titanium coloured wheels, and carbon center caps. I have shot hundreds of Ferraris and this is by far my personal favourite! I only had about 15 minutes with the car before it was brought into the dealership so stay tuned for a future in depth photo shoot. That is just beautiful and I love the monochromatic paint and the smaller CF sills. That color and the wheels, stripe, and trim really go together well. Taz Terry Phillips
Doug- I guess when you spend $20-30K on paint, you get your money's worth with this color. Wonder how hard it is to get your bumper repainted every four or five years? Taz Terry Phillips
I was looking at a Bianco Fuji on a 599 - I asked the same question to the local guy here who paints high end cars stated it adds 50%. He added that clear bras are a waste of money and creates fading issues - of course right after I blew 3k
I dont think so with the newer clear protectants. I do think the original product did cause issues. As far as repainting goes, the better shops should be able to handle it fine.
Congrats to the owner .. it's simply beautiful! hmm it is isn't .. although you might prefer if it was bi-coloured I'm sure resprays are cheaper when it isn't the factory doing it hmm I wonder why
