Has anyone had a skid plate installed yet and if so, how much and where did you get it? I am not interested in the alternative titanium studs that I have seen available. I want a full length plate for the underside of the front bumper. I am not too worried about grounding but want it there just in case.

CPIguy said yesterday that his dealer would install them for free because the factory screwed up and didn't install his Lift option.

So, I imagine the dealers must have them already.

On my CS and 430 I bought Ricambi skid plates for $180 and attached them with 3M exterior mounting tape. They have scraped the ground several times but are still holding firm.

My 458 has a front lifter so skid plates are not necessary.
