Yep. I came very close to turning it off; glad I didn't. That said, Dallas controlled much of the first half. Miami was making great plays and scoring but the Mavs would still be up by 5 or so until the Miami run to closeout the half.
Nice. I recall seeing a TV segment about Mark Cuban several years ago and his plate was "MFFL", "Mavs Fan For Life." Couldn't find a pic of the plate but here's Cuban sporting a MFFL shirt: Image Unavailable, Please Login
Because Miami is punks, jackwagons and jerkoffs -- and that's just the fans. Sadly, I think it's the Heat in 5 -- followed by riots in Miami.
Agree with you on that one. Teams, fans want a win no matter how they can achieve it. Still not cool.
Yep. Team should be heavily fined. After all, high-profile players were in trouble for saying "**** you ***got" and "***got" this season and post-season.
I have always hated the Dallas Cowboys, but I did respect Aikman when he was there. I guess everyone has their reasons. I think the Heat will win the series in six.
Best team money can buy at the expense of everything else maybe? MOST folks cannot name FOUR players on the Miami team.
Lots of pro sports teams are the best money can buy. The Yankees & Cowboys before the salary caps come to mind. What's the problem with that? Most people can't name 4 players on any sports team especially an NBA roster. It seems everyone is mad that their team didn't get Lebron. Maybe there was some excessive celebration after the playoff victories over the sixers and celtics. You must keep in mind the Celtics had spelled doom for Lebron with the Cavs and the Heat for years in the playoffs. I see nothing wrong with a little extra celebration after that series win. It seems everything Miami does is scrutinized a bit to the extreme. You cannot fault James for leaving Cleveland. He wants to win. Other athletes change teams all the time.
I am going for Dallas for two reasons. 1st- Since my Thunder lost to them in the West Semis. 2nd, I hate Lebron (where ever he plays). I am still thrilled about the season my Thunder had this year. Watch out next year baby!
Heard this morning that Bron and Wade walked into the arena last night coughing, pretending to be sick apparently mocking Dirk. How low can you get? Lebrons a total actor, biggest flopper In the game and now fake coughing? How am I suppose to take him seriously as a player?
I started out wanting Miami to win it, but it's become clear that they either don't want it or don't have the talent to do it. I was never in the camp of hating James because of The Decision or any other reason. I've always felt that he was an immensely talented player who deserved a ring. This series against Dallas has changed my mind on that. I think it's almost a sure thing Dallas wins one if the next two.
