I have begun to love the carbs on my Esprit although I was initially irritated with it getting off the line even when taking off slowly when I first had the car. But after much driving aimlessly around the country, and learning how to work the pedal and clutch, I can now get it off the line quite well, and when I gun it, the turbo spools and the pull is beautiful. Carbs have this sense of rawness that I am learning to appreciate now.

The car is raw. No ABS, no power steering, carbs and turbo. Feels like a really large go kart. But with aircon. Gotta love it!

From what you guys have been saying about him, the question should probably be "How many do you think Mr. Pagani can roll out for him to sell!"

 

Melvin may be very good with customers but it's 3.5M SIN$ a POP. Insurance alone will cost at least 35K with 50% NCB Depreciation per year, the cost of a Maserati

 

The CF vanes should look good on an orange car with the contrast. And those wheels are hawwwt!

I think that the Pagani whilst clearly one of the few hyper cars out there, will have a very limited market as the price is truly for a very select few with a very very heavy wallet. Having said that, if anyone has the network/database of people who will be willing to dish out that money, Melvin has it. And he will sell far more than the previous agents for sure....not that the previous sale record will be hard to beat...

 

Was in Illinois, quite near Chicago. The harsh winters meant that I only see exotics about 4-6 months max out of the year )=
