OH, and NO you cant drive it for the week while waiting for the trucker LOL LOL

And of course somewhere here I and we all know..

I will allow you to take pics and be the poster of those pics of this "special" car.

    Thanks Roy Cats

WOW Hello, have not heard or seen you for a while..

Turns out car is accident and paint basket...I smelled a rat, and about 60 minutes of digging in my old files..I found the car..that the owner "claims" to be accident free and never any paint on it..

When I sent these to him, he quickly told me,

"I understand if you dont want to buy it" LOL

I know he is a scammer and liar, as he told me on the phone and several E-Mails that he bought the car NEW in 2001 and was selling it due to health issues..when I called him on his "Scamming" he fails to respond to my e-mails or telco calls..

    ALL BEWEARE of this car!!

Here are pics of it today at his house "as he says" in Clifton NJ..and here are my file pics of the SAME car approx 5-6 years ago..

Sometimes i think once a car is damaged to a point where it has to be chained down and pulled on a chassis machine it has lost its ability to get the money a car that was not pulled on a chassis machine would get., not to say they did not do a good job, but you can tell when you look at the bottom of the car close if its been pulled or not .

Didn't the pictures kind of tell you something was wrong? I mean, look at the neighborhood.... does a car like that really belong parked in front of that house???

Nope, you cant go by that..

Over the years some of the BEST cars I have ever got have come out of the worst neighborhoods...

A guy that owns what I believe one of only two Mclaren F1's in the country lives in the most average neighbourhood ever.

You'd never pin the car being there unless you've seen him drive it.

    Damn.
If you have acar that has had and accident. Be honest, your honesty might get you just a little bit closer to what it's worth.

  11. That house looks very close to the one, several years ago, that had a Rod Stewart Diablo.

Hey that was the Diablo I was going to buy a few years ago until Roy found those pics. I think it did some off-roading and tore down a fence.

    Dear Lamborghinisti,

wait...isn't this the car that was bought by that crazy guy Gustan Cho...or something like that. The guy comes on here, buys a bunch or exotics but shot his mouth off so much and took the forum for granted and got a 2 yr ban.

He has all this money but would only buy a wrecked exotic so it would be OK as a daily driver. I think he broke the windshield on the blue 6.0 a second time as he did not allow for the lift spacing in his garage. The garage door went right into it as it was sitting on the second level.

Roy, I'm surprised that you didn't catch this earlier. Too much Birthday celebrating hmm?? :D

There could be a novel written about everything that happened with Gus. There seems to be a new twist to the tale every so often. I spoke with him a few times on the phone but haven't heard much about him since real estate went in the toilet.

Don't even get me started and the saga of Gus. Suffice to say that MANY, MANY people beleived everythig he tld them about himself and it was all lies...he loved the drama and lived for it, too many people wanting to be part of the Gus clan fell for it. Where is he now? Running and hiding from prosecution and process servers. Good riddens to a scam artist himself.

You know, I would love to know the truth behind Gus. I spoke to him a couple times over the phone/email, and he seemed like a straight shooter. Had a great success story, and certainly had material objects to support it.

From his home, to car collections, to extensive real estate holdings, he accomplished alot. He even gave to local charities.

While I don't know what really happened, this turn in the market certainly caused financial strain on many people...hopefully he didn't fall too hard, and from the limited I know about him, I'm sure he'll rebound.

He offered me some pretty attractive "deals" but the BS detector was always going full-blast and it felt better keeping it at arms-length.

Then there was "Live Lambo". He made a few of us moderators there (weren't you one Kevin?). It was interesting to see how a forum works from behind the scenes. Somewhere I have a list of more than 30 userids that all apparently belonged to the same person that would be used to start threads and post responses. He must have had multiple windows open at the same time. Mostly I just sat in the background watching the drama. There wasn't really any "moderating" to do. ;)

    Dear Lamborghinisti,

For me, I'm a very laid back guy but Gus rubbed me the wrong way from day one. He would always talk about some tax law and when I asked him on any thread, he was never willing to give any insite. It seemed to be aways about him and some stupid thread going back and forth taking the forum for fools.

He was quickly shut down on LP as they are quick to call out any BS.

    I don't care how much money someone has....if they're a jerk...they're a jerk.
