Forecast for the weekend is rain. Could be the first real wet race of the season. Only problem is: My grandstand is not covered. Argh. But I'm willing to take that hit if I get to see some good wet weather action.
Seems like the exact same forecast as last year. Last year they were calling for 40% rain and it was a beautiful weekend. This year its 30% rain so hopefully is will still be somewhat nice. If it does rain there will be girls in wet t shirts on Crescent St.!
Good on ya, I'll be thinking of you getting wet whilst watching it on TV, however I did get a good soaking watching BTCC at my local track this weekend, and yes it's well worth it. I remember getting out of my hotel to head to the metro one day and the ground was all wet but it never rained while I was awake until Monday.
Was trying to get one of those nerdy umbrella hats. They look goofy but are ideal for keeping your hands free to take pics.
