Great event for a good cause. Lots of great cars, 126 total, including some 330, a P4 with a 575 engine/tranny, a brand new GTO and several others rarities. Even my 1972 P1800E was recognized and won 3rd in its class. If you haven't been to one you should next year. Cheers. Just saw mention of it, in Jason's Thread......sorry to have missed it! My phone went in the pool, so I have lost your number as well......
Hey Bubba....it was really really cool in there (air temperature and anbiance.....lol) Awesome cars, great people, Bruce Meyers and other big names were there. Here is a pic of the P1800. I will PM my cell to you. Did the phone jumped into the pool to escape the heat?....lol Cheers. Image Unavailable, Please Login
I was standing in ants, looking at the pump filter...... I had just called my daughter and tucked it into my surf trunks....LOL! Hated to lose those 300 contacts, tho....
the contacts migth still be there in the chip....have you tried to recover them yet? a competent tech from verizon or AT&T can retrieve it for you. good luck.
Nope, they are gone, I had a Tech look at it..... Although someone in Recycling Department might get a windfall of loose women!!
BTW, I knew exactly what GTO means..I was just probing/curious if the muscle car guys knew what those 3 letters really mean historically and where they came from....
I posted pics of the show on my site. Lots of great Ferraris and others cars too: http://ericmiller.smugmug.com/CarsPlanesandMotorcycles/Classy-Chassis-2011/17531929_WKsLRq#1334558892_Dnpn4zq
