I bet. It's funny, some I made offers on are still listed for sale 6-8 months later.

Obviously over priced 6-8 months ago hence every one of my starting offers were $100K less than their listed price. No one took the bait.

Most are still for sale and some have come down over $100K. One that I really liked was $879K December last year. I offered $779K and they rejected the offer.

March this year it dropped to $849K and it's currently $799K. It probably still wont sell for that price either. $750K will be a nice buy for that one in paticular IMO.

Also, when I was in Townsville last week Nicole called me and said 4 people called up within 2 days of each other asking to buy my GC house.

2 sounded Indian and the other 2 were Australian. They asked if it was still for sale and wanted to inspect. They also asked for the keys and wanted to make offers.

Nicole told them it's not for sale etc.etc. They called the house phone a few hours apart, claiming to be different people. Strange, very strange.

So if you're reading this post.................I aint selling.
