There are plenty of new Brothers that have joined and I think there always will be. When I sold my 348 or as many of you will eventually sell (it's inevitable) I make sure to get them to join BH. Hell it's almost a selling feature with the car to show them that they are not alone in the Ferrari world, nor are we or ever will be.

The one thing I do notice that is missing is the comical relief we use to get once in a while, the back n forth banter between the 348 355 dudes or the Stooges etc... the comedy has been lacking.

Natural life cycle. For many, the 348 is a "first Ferrari". For others, it is the "only Ferrari".

    I know which camp I'm in !

I drove 600+ miles last weekend in 95 degree heat. Car performed just fine.... until I stalled it at a traffic light in Savannah while playing with my GPS. :(

Other than that (and a sore back), it ran great. Not selling.

In fact, I'll say this: at 65mph on the freeway in 95 degree heat (driving to Savannah), the car was fine. At 80mph in the same heat (driving home from Savannah) the car ran even better. Cooler temps, smoother engine, etc.

....last Sunday, preparing a "rally" for our friends.

Not selling either......although the Aston Martin wants a more permanent relation but we only drive the AM for longer distances when you need your listening capacity intact !!!!!
Thanks to Nouvalari and the italian orchestra at the back you will need some time to "recover" after a trip with the 348.

Strange things are afoot at the Circle-K...

I swear my tinfoil hat (purloined from Fatbillybob at last summer's Stoogefest) began tuning in strange alien voices that played through the garage stereo. Then, I got an anonymous text message that FBB had sworn off chicken wings and gone vegetarian...along with this pic.

    This ain't right, dammit!!

I agree. I am wondering if the time of season may be the reason it is quiet....

    The aerodynamics always impress me.

I can have both windows down at 85mph and the turbulence is well under control inside the cabin.

If I keep the windows down in my 650i at that speed it's a virtual hurricane in the car.

There is a thread in the Technical Q/A section that will shed light on it for you. I don't want to add the link here but you will know it when you see it.

I am a bridge between the hairgel 355 crowd and the grease under the nails 348 brotherhood. i do admit to having both ... hair gel and grease.

The brotherhood lives. Like Plugz said, storm comes, water drops, stuff grows.

BW's been in hiding as well...:)

Ernie and Dave Helms had a bit of a falling out. Hopefully time will heal for all.

Hey guys! Work has been really busy for a change. Hey I might even have enough money to do an engine out and a gold pin replacement!

My summer list of projects for the car is growing:

    1. Replace 355 friont struts with the 348 SS stock ones - just need the time for this.
    2. Cure the right bank exhaust popping coming from the EGR piping (most likely).
    3. Track down my E1 error code on the A/C.
    4. Realign the adjustment pegs for the console clock (I pushed them in too far :p).
    5. Fix that stupid driver's side shoulder harness retractor (belt folds, so I need to come up with a guide of some sort).

Then there's the race car to prep and sell. Still have a couple of projects on that. Then there's getting ernie's car working right. ;)

    Oh man, I am swamped!
