Has anyone in North America taken delivery as yet? It's been mighty quiet lately.

Thank's a lot Lars for sharing the pictures.
What a beautiful car. I loved the Aperta from the first moment I saw it.
It really seems the 82 cars are all very different configurated, so there
is a great chance that every car is a unique example.

I just wonder if the white car has the regular top (that just allows 110 km/h)
or if that is is the optional hood that's offered from the factory and allows a
    top speed of 160km/h.

With the top down You can drive as fast as the car goes, which is more than 330 km/h, with the regular top installed Ferrari advises not to drive faster than 110, but the factory offers a optional top that allows 160km/h.
I remember that the Lamborghini Murcielago Spider had that same "difference" between top up/down.

The more I look at the Aperta from certain angles, the more I'm convinced that this car
has the design, the story and last but not least the right number of cars built to be
in the same league as the Daytona Spyder.
I understand that many Ferraristi are more than disappointed but I'm very happy for the
the few lucky owners who will drive and collect this piece of art. Just the sound is in a league of its own.

I understand that in Europe no car is on the market at the moment, but some collectors
who got no cars are willing to pay 150.000 EUR above MSRP, which is around 440.000 EUR for a well configurated car in Europe.

Looking at these Aperta pictures, yes this is a unique and good looking car but I cant help but feel that in a way Ferrari backed themselves into a corner with this, they couldnt make it look too much like the GTO but not too much like the GTB so what we have is something in between.

I wonder if they could put a GTO bonnet on it.

Yes I know this is probably a pointless post but perhaps others have had similar thoughts?
