I remember seeing a thread about a heavily modded Nissan GT-R on some other forum, guess there are many supercars near your place?

 

First of all congratulations Karan! Secondly have fun driving in Chandigargh, the roads are probably some of the best in India, although the drive from Delhi may be a little hair raising at times!

The spec to me seems pretty nice. I was wondering how the daytonas with red inserts and red stitching would look, not quite liking it in my head and maybe a little overdone? Just my view. Although I haven't seen it done like that before and I'm sure i could be swayed if I see a picture of some of those seats. I was just wondering why don't u go out to Maranello and see exactly how everything would look before actually getting the car. Now would be the perfect time to go, any further delay and your car will be in production if not already. I have a January 2013 car on order and will be going to Maranello in June 2012.

PS you should come down to the Frankfurt motor show as well - ill be there as Ferrari guest on 15th thursday sept. Can not wait to see the hard top convertible 458.

@rangieboy - yeh i know there was a VIP unveiling of the convertible in Italy, could not go unfortunately due to work, for me the unveiling will be when i see it in Frankfurt which is only a week away now

Thats awesome, someone from Chandigarh buying a 458. My wife is from Chandigarh.

I lived in India for a year and met my wife in Delhi (well Gurgaon, at a club named Mojo's in DLF City Centre Mall&#8206.

We have a 2011 California but I am going to buy a 485 Spider and let my wife use the Cali as her DD.

 

Why didnt I receive this ? Must be a new touch recently.

 

I received the same last December when I put a deposit down on my 458.

 

Well that sucks I ordered mine and paid the deposit in April, got nothing till 2 weeks back which was the actual car apart from that just the miniature replica of your actual car. Oh well

 

I'll bet your dealer would give you the items if you asked. The Leather binder is very nice. I removed the contents and binder rings and use it as a case for my Mac Book Air when traveling.

 

Its alright cant be bothered now, tomorrow I head home and will just enjoy my car
