Sorry for the loss of your wife, which is the bigger issue. Perhaps you can donate the ticket to a charity and take it as a tax deduction? If you want to make a stink about the ticket, I would send a letter to Frontier's CEO explaining the situation and notify your local news station. Contact the newspaper, too. Through dogged determination, you might get a refund or free ticket. But, you have other more important things to deal with right now. CW
