Hey guys, would like to hear everyone's opinion on where the Ferrari 599 pricing is headed once its replacement hits the market. Currently, I've seen them in the $170K range at the low.

Where do you think this will be in 2-3yrs?

Look at 575Ms for an example of a few years down the road. Newest 575M is ~six years old, oldest is ~nine years old. Oldest 599 is ~five years old. Newest 599.....

With enough inflation, they'll be worth more than what they're worth today.

Of course then again gas might be at $10/gallon by then...

65% of list is still over $200K, assxuming a list of $308K or more.

Better lay off the pipe, lol Explain high mileage,60-70K? 100k+? Lacking service? I would think there would be very few 07 599s out there that are going to be in that bad condition in 5 yrs and even then your number is a stretch.

    Fixed it for you........

IMHO.....LOL...What else are you going to say you own a 575,My car is ugly and worthless.?
Lets face it all these cars are dropping in our lifetime..Iam just happy I did not pay what the first owner of my car paid..556K on a 338K sticker car! Of course he could afford to lose it where I couldnt..
Come on you know you really want a 599.:)

I know someone who just paid $130K for a nice 575M, so there are outriders at both ends of the price scale. I am sure there will be some very nice 599s that have been in accidents that will be available for much less than the norm, like the really nice accident involved 575M that sold to a friend for $70K.

All recent, regular production Ferraris fall in value. Some of the limited production cars fall more slowly, but they fall as well. Only the supercars seem immune to this rule, but they operate in an entirely different, rarified atmosphere.

LOL.... i didn't say the were worthless - i do want a 599 but in no way do i think it's a prettier car than the 550/575....

my prediction is a suprising small spread between the 550/575 cars and the 599s..... and the new model hasnt even been launched yet.

were almost at the point where the top dollar 575s are within $25kish+ of the bottom 599s.

i bought my 575 from the original owner at <50% of msrp. he drove the car 4k miles. took an ass pounding.

i hope they all go lower. i'll build a bigger garage.

I'm the last one anyone should listen to (Dr 599s will not go under $300k). But most late model Ferraris bottom out at around 35% to 40% of MSRP. So I'd say around $135K.

But, they may find support at a higher number. Don't forget, it is a competitive market out there. Say a car guy is looking at a new Porsche Turbo, and he sees a used F599 for the same money. Tempting. Tempting, particularly if he can get the Ferrari extended warranty as part of the deal.

    Waiting is so hard....

I have my Maserati GTS until then. Those are dropping much faster. But for the money, I dont think there is a better car out there.

So let me see, 0.65 x $337K = $219K, a good deal for an 08 with the right stuff.

    Well bought.
