Love the 5-XX style race numbers M. Kudos to you and the others for tracking a GTO in sub-par conditions.

 

M......Sorry you had such bad weather for the FOD meet. Still its great to see you had #78 out in the wet. Anyday you get your GTO on the track is a good day! Especially if you get to run at SPA>)!

 

Thanks. It was indeed extremely wet but the GTO handled it pretty well and provided (as always) loads of fun.

Well ... we can't control the weather so we had to deal with the conditions as they came. But ... sometimes things happen for a reason. Because of this I got to experience the GTO in the wet, found new lines around Spa I wouldn't have even tried in another car. So, in the end ... a very positive experience.

I'll post more impressions later when I have a little bit more time.

This is the yellow GTO that I saw last month when I was down in Palm Beach. I've been kicking myself that I did not have a camera with me, it was still on the 2nd floor along w/ the blue one w/ the white stripe. That yellow is hands down the most gorgeous GTO I've seen and would not have picked anything differently if I were lucky enough to order one for myself! absolutely beautiful car, best of luck w/ it!

 

Do you have any more pictures of the white 599 GTO.

Saw this one today. It's Vinaccia with gold rims and is supposedly owned by director Michael Mann. There's also another GTO in this shot if you look carefully...

Brand new car, just delivered to a well known Dutch Ferrari collector. Vinaccia with a cream stripe.

I've oversaturated the pics a little bit so you get a better impression of the colour - it's difficult to photograph.

I thought the car looked fantastic.

Beautiful color though I prefer the other one without the stripe (which I usually like) and the gold wheels (which I usually don't like). Splitting hairs though and I wouldn't mind owning either.
