My wife Anna has been looking for a 3 pedal F355 GTB for some time and we finally found one. This car is a 1998 with 6100 miles and had two owners. Car has a few stickys (electric window switch), and a few other things, but other than that is a very nice car.

She has already driven it over 300 miles in 4 days! The 355 really is quite an iconic design and the car is just a blast to drive. Really, really fun!

    Here are some pictures. :)

Very nice. It's amazing so many people don't drive their cars more when they buy them. Almost 15 years and it only went 6100 miles?

Well, their loss is your wife's gain!

Here are a few more. It's interesting how the 8 cyl model has evolved. The 355 looks smaller in comparison. They all look equally stunning, however!

The F355 looks smaller because IT IS! That's no optical illusion. I've seen mine next to more modern V8 Ferraris and they are positively enormous by comparison. The 430, in particular, makes the F355 look like a scale model.

    Nice stable!!

I agree. The modern cars keep making the 355 look better and better.

If mine sells, I am sure I will just end up buying another! 3rd one's a charm? Is there any other car you'd rather have for around 60k?

    Gorgeous car. Gorgeous collection!!

And most importantly, it's going to finally enjoy a life of being driven. It saddens me that engineers spend thousands and thousands of hours in Italy trying to make these the very best cars they can, only to have them wallow in a plastic bubble like a piece of artwork.

Jim, I don't have pictures with every car, but I hope to do that soon. The issue is getting the cars together since we have only a 3 car garage at home and have to keep some cars in storage 40 miles away (near Madison, WI) when they are not at home. We can, however, fit the Sprite sideways so we get 3 cars plus the Sprite.

    THANKS EVERYONE FOR THE COMPLIMENTS!

    Well done and congratulations.

The 355 GTB is surely one of the most beautiful Ferraris ever made.

    Great purchase Mike!

It is amazing to me that Ferrari has gone from small, sleek sportscars to the large, bulbous things we see today. When you compare the 308 to the 360/430/458 it really makes today's cars seem oversized....almost fat. You don't really realize it until you put them side by side. Of course, when you put the 360/430/458 next to anything else on the road, they shrink back down to sleek, aerodynamic machines again!!

While the cars of today look great, I do believe that, over time, the 355 and older cars will stand the test of time with their looks FAR better than the newer cars of today. Rarely do larger cars hold looks and value better than smaller ones over the years.

Nice pix Mike. I can't help but think that there's something missing from that V-8 collection. It's right here on the tip of my tongue, but I can't quite grasp it ... wait, I think I have it. ;)

OMG, there's no man's V-8 Ferrari in there! Where's the 348?! (As in, all your cars seem to have power steering, eh?)

    No respect, I tell ya.

So, I'm on my way to WI this weekend. I'll stop by for a drive. :D
