    New member saying Hi and introducing myself.

    I'm a Texan, educated in New England (02139), but for the time being I'm posted South of Archangel, East of Istanbul, West of Singapore and North of Mossel Bay (+ or - a few degrees of Long. & Lat.) When this last position is over..... the open road awaits, but only if the odds stay in my favor (IP address gives one's location away in any case, and too many variables are in play. Internet protocol and discretion rules are in affect for me, sorry)

    As many of you well know "....wind in the face and internal combustion...." is a forever tempting combination, so a free libation to anybody who says hi, if and when we meet in person.

    By the way, does anybody here travel to Africa, (the south of the equator part) often ?

    p.s. The phrase "God speed" surely meant that you absolutely....without a doubt !....had to be in an F-car (....or possibly a Shelby) :)

    Lived in South Africa for 7 years, and I am there (JHB) still every couple of months on business. The past 7 years I've been in Mali, and currently I travel to our various operations in Mali, Ivory Coast and Democratic Republic of Congo.
