    Dear Olivier,

I also registered the interviews with the concerned people but all told me in advance some lag or misunderstanding is possible in interpreting the past. And we found a number of mistakes in the testimonies. I find it really devastating how you take for granted the same testimonies.

    Dear Rolando,
I don't think we are speaking about the "same testimonies" that you have collected, for one major reason in which I didn't want to fall in and to diversify my "job" from some others... and I don't claim to be better than someone else, humility in this particular and sensible field is in 1st row ! As I wrote : "What I will develop is not a theory nor a conspiracy against that specific car, and I have no intention to make anyone changing his mind... I’ll present my way to understand Lamborghini history, based on facts & interviews. My comment which is not a fiction analyses this car story another way…"

I've analysed all the Lamborghini books & magazines I could collect, about 560.
Everything is recorded in "Excell tables", with for instance the repeat of period stories, the repeat of mistakes (one guy in Italy did this many times), the discordance between factory publication and Press publication... a lot of time spent, believe me !

From that, I've been already in position to clarify some cars stories publically on this Forum.

My mother language is french, not english, not italian.

So while I'm in Italy (cumulating for the book preparation only : closed to 3 months over 5 years), I have an interpreter, a sweet italian lady and she follows my rules of interviewing for quiet a long time now => a questionnary in which 90% of the questions need an accurate answer + 70% of the question are exactly the same to all the person I'm interviewing.

Assuming all these people don't share the same vision with their own memories and all these people repeat the same stories from one interview to another one (details by 1 or 2 years difference, just to check how they tell about one more time, see how I want to check) I'm able to cross the answers in a specific "Excell table".

When 99% of the people interviewed clamed the same about one topic, I can publish without reserve. In my book, I will explain about the reserve.

I don't feel in competition with anybody, I'm doing this by passion, "trying to be accurate", but your words "devastating" and "for granted" are a little bit exagerated to my opinion, in regards of the work achieved and not finished.

Even if I'm not sharing some books content or internet published articles, I don't feel the right to criticised the authors, Lamborghini story will never be accurate at 100% and you know that too, we are not "Guru"...

Indeed, I was just kidding. Part if the intrigue is that there is room for interpretation of history.
