    Hope these help (see photos)
Also Ferrari recently published a brochure about the 1960s colours - "Colori Anni '50-'60" -as they are offering them as options on new cars. In fact there's one on Ebay now http://cgi.ebay.com/Ferrari-Special-Edition-Colori-Anni-50-60-Brochure-/380245426534

    Thank You, Kerry so far.

is there a nice Picture of a 250 GT/E coloured "grigio conchiglia" ?

I know "grigio fumo", it´s quite similar to my "cana di fucile met."

Grigio conchiglia is NOT my color !

The original color of my 2281GT (possibly) was MM10.027 rosso bordeaux.

Is it metallic or not ?
    Has anyone a picture of a 60´s Ferrari (especially 250 GT/E), with is definitively (!!!) MM10.027 ?

    please HELP !

MM10.027 rosso bordeaux is a non-metallic dark wine-red, almost burgundy (but not that dark). See PM.

I'm loving the fan deck of color samples. Are they heavy paper, metal or something else? Having one of these sure would have made finding the original color of 2105GT simpler, but the story of finally finding a fingernail-sized bit of original, unmolested paint on the steeriing column suppoprt bracket is more entertaining.

Thank you so far, Kerry and Chris.

I hope to find a swatch of the original paint while removing paint from 2281GT - and i hope it will be NOT MM10.027, because that is NOT my color too.

    ... to be continued ...
