    You're correct, he's completely inferior.

He didn't bother to tear his car up for a position he couldn't attain, what an idiot ;).

And we can forget about the small matter of outqualifying his team mate then outpointing him in the race. No team needs that kind of driver racing for them....;)

    hehehehe...

come on. Michael was half a second quicker EVERY lap. look at the numbers. Nico is far inferior. Schu was hit with a penalty with 35 SECONDS and still finished 16 secs behind Nico after being stuck in terrible traffic. Get off it, Schu is better.

    Ferrari win!!!!!!

Really could not give a crap about Lew Ham and his "special friend" Mansell... They are showing the world about the British nepotism that exists in F1. They tried to change the rules in F1 to screw over Red Bull... and it blew up in their face.

Awesome Awesome Awesome driver by Alonso.... So happy!!!!!!

Coincidence that Ferrari and I get our first wins of the year on the same weekend? I think not.

    Forza Ferrari!

Great win for Alonso and Ferrari! Looks like the traditional Ferrari 2nd half charge is finally underway. This season might not be over after all!

Superb drive by Alonso... his style and technique were immaculate. The team pulled through too!

Such a great tribute to Pepe Gonzalez, in memory of his British Grand Prix win!!!!

Ferrari is F1.... the F in F1 stands for Ferrari 1.... Despite all the British nepotism and favoritism in F1... their poster Senna boy could not win a fixed race.

    Great job Ferrari!

Massa is an idiot and will hopefully be sacked by the end of the season.

But he was robbed at the end. No question about it.

Why Hami don't get a penalty and Schumi did is beyond me.

But okay, English driver, English team, English track, English stewards and an English ex-driver to monitor everything. I guess the outcome is selfexplanatory.

I mean he ran a race that was good but in the end he won out due to Vettel's botched pit stop.

True but FA put the laps in when needed and the TEAM did not make a mistake as RB did. Its a package deal and RB didnt have the package today.

Too bad about Felipe. LH gets lucky considering MS did nothing and was handed a penalty. The breaks I guess.

But as the BBC race team said - Felipe is only taken care of after FA is done with his pit stops etc. Felipe is an afterthought for Ferrari. Basically a quote.

As he said so himself post race, not best pleased that they told him to continuously back off and only on the last lap did they give him the revs back again, at which point brakes, tyres etc were off.

Even Stefano said he didn't think Lewis should get penalised for that move.

I bet Webber was chuffed at being told not to over take Vettel. In the BBC F1 forum Horner has said he needs to have serious words with Webber. Sounds like Webber won't be in a RedBull next year.

A BBC post interview with Schumi had MS admitting he was at fault because the DRS was more powerful than he thought. Amazing on lap 51/52 and 52/52, Webber obeyed Christian Horner's team orders to maintain the gap and not overtake slower Vettel.

You could say that, but it looked to me like Vettel was a little light on fuel himself. I think Fernando would have ultimately taken him. If Horner told Fernando to "maintain the gap", he would have flipped him the bird.

Let's hear all the outrage we heard about Ferrari making Massa stay behind Alonso now that the team that said they would NEVER do it has done exactly the same thing.

Webber has been screwed by RB for two years.

Felipe did nothing wrong in this race. He took a aggressive move into the corner on Hamilton and Hamilton held his line, resulting in him being pushed out. It was similar to Button's mix up with Alonso in Canada, except Felipe was able to finish the race.

I think McLaren intensionally made Hamilton's car low on fuel thinking that it might rain (and the safety car would come out) and he had to make up a lot of places from 10th, so a lighter car had a better chance.

It wasn't a bad strategy. The first half of the race he did quite well.

Button though had a pretty poor race all the way around.

I'm really sick of it, actually. Mark had EVERY right to get the pass on Vettel, and it's complete BS that he gets held back. He's being treated like Rubens Barichello when he was at Brawn. I don't think he signed up to be the irrevocable #2 driver on his team.

Let the man have his day. It's not like Vettel would be hugely impacted by him getting the points.

It was not a case of Hamilton getting away with anything,

It was a case of Schumi being absolutely *screwed* by the officials.

A 10 second stop-and-go? How many of those have we seen issued? None! It was a racing incident, but even if it was MS's fault, the standard is a drive-through, not even a stop and go, and definitely not a 10-second stop.

    Absolutely shameful. MS got screwed.

As for Massa - him trying to put a pass on Lewis is like me trying to put a dunk on Michael Jordan. Massa should have known he was outclassed and not even bothered.

I would agree with this. It was a racing incident with Hamilton. Both drivers doing all they can to take the spot.

Actually, I admire this kind of driving. Racing has it's risks and rewards. Take away the risks and you also diminish the rewards.

Agree. I couldn't believe he got a 10sec stop/go penalty. He ended up in 9th though, so great job by him to salvage his race.
