Great yacht Ronin! Welcome to Fchat :)
Thanks guys, I've had it for 16 yrs now. That's were my F car dough went for so long. Rule of thumb when you buy a boat is, it will cost you 10% each year for upkeep... It's true I could have bought another 61fter after all this time.. When the day comes I sell it, it will be for something special in red. That looks like a Disneyland ride.....
42' Jeanneau...We keep it in Pcola fl. for the Summer, then sail it back to Madisonville La. for the Winter...Taken at Pcola Blue Angels airshow last weekend. I want to bring my 328 over to Pcola, but I ain't leaving it in Marina parking lot Image Unavailable, Please Login Image Unavailable, Please Login
Nice....cars and birds...I hate em Fla. in the summer, man it gets hot...Do you have AC ? I bought my boat in Ft Lauderdale and the second day I owned it I was zapped by lightning... It took three months to get it back to new condition... I freaked out every afternoon watching the thunderstorms come off the glades... Cheers, Have a cool one...

Powered by a mild tune Ford 100E side valve of 1172cc. Hull is period aircraft quality fully riveted aluminium flat bottom design which with its light weight and fixed prop angle gets it on the plane very quickly.Performance is better than a sub 20 foot Bayliner to 30 knots, then they come past but its enough to make them think "what the hell". Its fun to drive and has a lot of slide in fast turns. Exhaust is straight with coolant injected into it so is a loud deep drone flat out.

From page 8. Just looking through the thread now. That pic is of Steve Marsh racing to Key West. He helm for you? I've got the next one down... 28 with a carbon stick but with the aft cabin, so we rate the same as a normal 28. Here she is with us raising the mast for the season. She lives folded on a lift in the canal. edit to add: sailing a 28 foot boat at 20 knots ranks right up there with dragging a knee on a bike at the track, but you can take 6 people with you. I'd love to go for a ride in one of the go-fast boats here. I'm used to tweaking dozens of lines and getting blisters to get it to scoot. Image Unavailable, Please Login
