As we all know Damien will be leaving Fusion Motor Sport and taking a job at the new Auto Gallery! Great promotion man! Having said that..... Where is the next best place for independent service?

    1) F&M is great.... But a little slow as it's only Guesippe and the other guy. When it comes to the older cars- they are a must

    2) Black Horse.... I've been a fan for a very long time- but Karl doesn't do too much of the work and the "safety" of your car is somewhat of a concern.

Who else is there? Eugenio's I hear is great- but they have a long wait list.

FST also does Pcars (and some BMW/Merc stuff), they'll get my business if/when the 997 needs work.

oddly, they don't work on Lotuses. I asked :(

    Mark at Bavarian.

Down the street from old VCR. You could ride home.

Bimmer has been there for a long time 20+ years that I know of, so has NARW.

    Longevity has to mean something.

Yes, Bimmer Clinic on Reseda is great (It's been about 10 years since I've gone there. Mark Norris used to be at Bavarian Workshop, now has another place, Dustin has the name and info, is another great Bimmer guy. Berj at United Auto 7759 Canoga Ave (right near the Auto Gallery) @ 818-716-6969. For Mercedes there is only Gerorge at MBZ Motors- Winnetka and Roscoe 818-709-5400.

Now, I'm looking for a place like any of these for Ferrari! .... And Porsche if anybody knows.

I've always liked TRE for Porsche ( http://www.tremotorsports.com/ ) - although they may specialize in older P cars.

There is no question, George at Bimmer Clinic is the best. I have known him for over 20 years and I too spent over 18 years with BMW; he is the real deal.

Blackhorse is great, not sure who said something about the safety of the cars but Carl has had everything in there from Enzo's on down to Platinum winners that he himself has restored. There's never been any issues that I had heard of and after knowing of their facility for the last 11 years there is no one else I would recommend. Vintage or late model Blackhorse is the place to have your car worked on. In regards to BMW's, I too drove from West LA area to Reseda to have George work on my car (euro M635) and he is good. A bit pricey (not much less then local Dealers) if you ask me but does know his stuff. And again in regards to old BMW's or new one's he is on top of his game too.

I may not be on my own anymore, i have much more support now, but i can still provide the level of service and independence everyone is used to. With Dave and Nick over at Ferrari, i know everyone who has switched over already has been really happy and suprised at how we operate.(i'm glad more people didnt find out before ! LOL)

I always said if you dont come to me then go to AG and now you can combine both. For those wishing not to text anymore, its [email protected]
I can still help everyone with their Ferrari's, old or new and i'm just 2 miles down the street.

Fusion is still there, why not take the Ferrari there?
They even have tools, they were locked in safely.

Feel free to contribute something of substance, like the new contact person at Fusion. That would be the appropriate tact to take in this thread as the OP was asking for recommendations.

Ended up taking my car in to Marc this morning (most geographically desirable). Marc did a great job for a very fair price. (He's also a really nice guy). Thanks for all the help.
