Had one of those moments today that only car guys understand. I pulled into a gas station in Mineola on Long Island and found a Silver/Black 993 C2S with a for sale sign. As a former owner of a 993 targa, who once lusted after the C2S I had to look. 6200 miles, mint condition and apparently not registered or inspected since 2005. Praying they didn't know what they had on their hands I inquired on price; unfortunately they're well aware and asking $65k.

PM me if you're interested in more details. I don't have the particulars of the station but between google and credit card records it can be determined. This car deserves a good home, it was hard to pull away and watch it bake in the 95 degree sun.

Yea, too bad they weren't giving it away. That price is high. What do you do with something with that low a mileage especially if you pay that price? I'd rather find a 60K mile, up to date serviced car in the $20's or 30's that you could have fun in as a weekend car.

    Willhoit is asking $90K for a 3,000 mile yellow C2S. $65 is probably a good deal for a 6k carin silver/black.

The 993 C2S market is quite strong.
