NOW, we're talkin': 1963 ALVIS TD 21 http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/1963-ALVIS-TD-21-/260821433613?pt=US_Cars_Trucks&hash=item3cba2b3d0d <drooling on keyboard> ,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,, In other Neat Stuff News. . . . . Garage Kept 1969 Rover 2000TC http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/Beautiful-Garage-Kept-1969-Rover-2000TC-/200632798836?pt=US_Cars_Trucks&hash=item2eb6a58e74 Not even the V8, but still just cool. Would love to have one of these if I had the room, and didn't live in "slightly warm" Texas.....and all black (though with just the right amount of chrome). Note: there are several Rover sedans of the era listed right now, oddly. . . . . . . . . . . Where's my JETPACK?!?!?!? FINE!! We'll just have to settle for Aero-Cockpit, Rocket-style Cars, then: 1986 Pulse Litestar - fully restored autocycle (pretty danged cool to see one really done well) http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/1986-Pulse-Litestar-Fully-Restored-/300577431257?pt=US_Cars_Trucks&hash=item45fbcf9ed9 Short clip of it on youtube: [ame]http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=yvUXrgsirpI[/ame] Seller provides a nice history of the Pulse and its manufacturer. Interesting stuff.
Just dont ever buy a car from this guy. He buys these cars in Italy for a couple of hundred dollars with a lot of rust and does really crappy restoration jobs. Trust me you will lose money and be very unhappy...

Yes. That is how I know.... He is a geologist and sells geology equipment and literature and hides behind this huge ebay rating. The car I purchased from him looked great in photos and when it came off of the truck and went into my garage It smelled so bad of Cheap Lacquer paint that I never got the smell out. The car was full of rust and bad quality filler like jbweld and bondo... He is a total scam artist....
Kinda cool but I'd do away with the scoop and wing. http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=300580014018&viewitem=&sspagename=ADME%3AB%3ASS%3AUS%3A1123#v4-38 Image Unavailable, Please Login
A reminder to everyone who posts on this thread: please post PHOTOS of the cars, not just links to the eBay listing. Remember that those listings disappear after the auction is over, and I believe that all access to any photos that may have been on the listing disappear after 90 days. There are some (probably) neat cars on the earlier posts in this thread that no one has any idea what they looked like!
Can you post a few? This is pretty......interesting? 1945 Mochet Velocar Type H http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/RARE-1945-MOCHET-VELOCAR-TYPE-H-/330592793043?pt=US_Cars_Trucks&hash=item4cf8ddb1d3 Image Unavailable, Please Login
I'd love to, but for some reason, I can't attach ebay pics lately. Gives me either: - Something about Flashplayer. - Menus with no choices to either Save or Copy Address, so I can C&P into the URL box. Quite annoying, and it's not even consistent (except in its annoyance)
At $7,500.00 some one got an awesome deal!!! You snooze... http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=270780563420&viewitem=&sspagename=ADME%3AB%3AWNA%3AUS%3A1123 Image Unavailable, Please Login Image Unavailable, Please Login Image Unavailable, Please Login Image Unavailable, Please Login
I disagree. No collectible value. Not fun to drive with 130 horse and an automatic.. Its just a commuter car at best...
oh if thats the case then you scored.. Like buying a new car for 7500... and you might find some late 40s chick that digs it too....
Actually, it would have been for my wife so she could park her current commuter (Escalade). She always liked the Fieros in silver.
+1. Make it a traditional slushbox and we'll talk. Here's a rare one...A 1954 Corvette with a 3 speed!?!? http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/1954-RESTORED-DATE-CORRECT-BLUE-FLAME-ENGINE-3-SPD-RARE-/180701619093?pt=US_Cars_Trucks&hash=item2a12a7e395 Image Unavailable, Please Login Image Unavailable, Please Login
I know of one that is available with a 5 speed, and excellent condition/restored and an award winner... 88 I think
Buh Bye, left nut.......... http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/Other-Makes-_W0QQcmdZViewItemQQ_trkparmsZalgoQ3dLVIQ26ituQ3dUCIQ26otnQ3d4Q26poQ3dLVIQ26psQ3d63Q26clkidQ3d1672157103750174949QQ_trksidZp5197Q2em7QQitemZ230651027717 These were not a modified Cobra chassis - They were a longer version of it, and many have been lost to butchering to create "Cobras" with a traceable AC lineage from the VIN (part of why they're so rare). Styling is very similar to the Maserati Mistral, also penned by Frua. I was looking for one a few years ago, but finally gave up, which was how I learned of how so many had met their demise to become yet another Cobra replica, albeit with a VIN tracing back to AC, which gave it a false (or at least, very misleading) provenance, but a much higher price. Tom S would be proud. If I had the budget (for its correct price - see following comment), and the room, I'd love to have this, but he's a bit high on the ask (by about 2X over the Spyder!!!), and it would fit nicely with the unintentional "White" theme I have going of late. Lefty is safe for now. Image Unavailable, Please Login Image Unavailable, Please Login Image Unavailable, Please Login
AC Frua is back, price down to $105K from $130K http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/1971-AC-428-FRUA-CF62-RARE-Cobra-427-Chassis-/230659620587?pt=US_Cars_Trucks&hash=item35b4627eeb In the Feast Or Famine theme........ 1975 DeTomaso Longchamp, looks pretty good, but an automatic. http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/DeTomaso-Longchamp-1975-Pantera-4-Seater-/320743299115?pt=US_Cars_Trucks&hash=item4aadca582b Lesson: If you want the hard-to-find cars on your list to surface in abundance, fill up your garage.

From the description it looks like a backup car for Graham Hill and Jackie Stweart. A piece if history for sure. Every so often something like this shows up on Ebay instead of Sotheby's.
