lol..leading question

click the arrow at the top right of the screen when you have the thumbnails, then click all the photos you want to delete then click delete...works for me.

 

p.s. are they EVER going to have a 'select all' function with deleting messages/emails etc?

 

Holy crap...I don't know if it's been mentioned before, but has anyone else (apart from speedy) seen the EVO app for the iphone? it is really spectacular.

 

When you say click the photos, you do mean "select" so the little tick in the blue circle appears in each thumbnail, right? If so, that is what I'm doing, then I press the red delete button, gently, hard, once, repeatedly.............zilch. Oh well a trip to the Apple store for a teenager to show me, haha.

How weird is that? You'd think an wipe/reinstall of the OS would fix just about any problem along those lines! Huh.

 

Apple can fix it, messing around with computers just isn't my thing. After all the hype my first couple of days have left me singularly unimpressed.

Would someone please tell me how to stop calendar reminders from popping up on the screen? It's syncing reminders from outlook, which is fine, but I don't want them popping up on screen.

Itunes asked me to update the softwarefor my ipad and iphone today. I clicked on download only (not download and install). Does anyone know where the file/s that were downloaded are stored and what they're called?
