Looks like this year's BBQ is going to have to be in September.

I've found that Sundays generally work best for many reasons, not the least is that I can get people to help me setup on Saturday. ;)

    The possible dates are:

    11 Sep
    18 Sep
    25 Sep

Do any Ferrari related events conflict with these dates?
I tried checking the FCA - New England web site:
    http://www.fca-newengland.org/events.html
but it had NO events listed! Is there somewhere else I should be looking?

Also, you please vote for the better of the 3 days for you.

My preference is Sunday 18th as much later & the wether could be iffy.

I voted the 18th because out of all the years you've had this, I can actually make this one.

My request is for any date other than the 18th!!!

We are doing Cars and Copters that day... our goal is for between $5-10k raised for the Jimmy Fund. Since I am one of the organizers, I would be unable to come and I would very much like to come to one of these!!!

I went with the 25th only because I'm out of town the first 2 choices and would like to come.

The 10th I'm installing the new suspension on the lotus at Caveman's house which may spill over to the 11th. Depending on how much of a pain it turns out to be.

I am good with the 18th or 25th.

Fchat I love you, but you suck at math... if there are 3 options and each one has 3 votes... how does each one have 42.86% of the votes, HAHA

I'll be in Angola on the 25th, could make the earlier ones though.

    OK,
The 11th is out, both for lack of votes & because I just couldn't get it organized in time.

    It's down to the 18th or 25th.

I'm concerned about the 25th because that's getting into the fall rains. Am I being overly cautious?

Sept 25 is better for me. Tough to predict rain this far in advance in New England

18th would be tight, but I could probably stop by for a bit. 25th would probably work. :)

    Hi Verell,
The 18th and 25th are both good for me. I will help you set up before and tear down after the BBQ.
    I will be in touch.
    Regards,
    Rex
