I just love the quality work you guys do. But, is there some reason that the cars you work on arrive in such rough shape?
Thanks guys. This F355 actually is in good shape and a regular customer. At over 37k miles it was just time to take care of some road rash. NY road are brutal on these cars.
This car lived in Manhattan, NY for a while. And for those who do not know...pothole city! Not to mention cobblestone streets which are not kind to these low profile cars. As Dan said, I have had the car for a little over a year now and wanted to get all the things that bother me fixed. The bumper had a small patch between the exhaust tips and looked like it was painted with a spray can in someones garage...drip marks and all. Real shabby. So I bring it to the masters at Bradan. Really can't wait to see it finished!
Although I was a bit skeptical at first, I have developed a real appreciation for the quality of your work. Well done.
Nice work. I just finished up painting one of my other cars (not my 355) and I must say that your work at each stage is high quality. Nothing skimped. I have to redo the bumpers and side skirts on my 355 in the near future and I hope they come out anywhere near the quality of these. One technical question: Did you wet sand the base coat prior to laying the clear?
