I don't eat red meat, well, cow meat to be exact. Lamb a few times a year, some game, but mostly fish and chicken.

But I get into a high-end restaurant, have a nice bottle of red I've brought, or bought, and I crave braised beef shortribs like no body's business.

    Is something wrong with me?

Yes, there is something wrong because eating red meat in moderation is ok.
