My neighbor is selling me her 08 Maserati Quatroporte with 45K miles, burgundy, very clean, and with all service records for $30K. Question is, is this a good price for this car? this is the same price or value as my 308 QV and now it got me thinking, keep my $30K 308 QV or sell it and get the 08 Maserati Quatroporte?

I think it's an excellent price, provided there's nothing wrong with it.

    amazing car for the money.

Seems especially low. I've been looking for a late 2007 or 2008 and most 2008 cars are listed in the mid $50's. I suppose the relatively high miles might be at work here or maybe that's what some dealer offered her as a trade-in.

On the other hand, as a data point, the Audi dealer here in Houston couldn't sell a 2007 black/black car for $44k. It finally sold after months on the lot, but I don't know for how much less.

If you don't buy it I'd like the contact info and details on the car.

    Thanks.

Does it have the real auto or the paddle shift cambiocorsa transmission?

I personally wouldn't touch a CC car, but a real auto example in good shape would be a great deal for $30k.

Not to get off topic, but looking at coupes and spyders for '02-03 (I only look for manual in these), once they get a few miles it is amazing how far they depreciate. A few around with 40,000 miles for $20k. Hopefully that doesn't mean they were pulled out of a swamp or a cat had kittens in the back seat, but man that seems cheap.

'08s are automatica. Price seem suspiciously low or an incredible deal. I would be interested at that price.

What's the latest on this thread? Did the OP pick up a great deal on an 08 QP? Hope so as that would be a terrific deal!
