Beautiful boat! A friend at Tahoe had to liquidate a very large wine cellar; replaced it with a red-hulled Talaria named Romanee Conti.
Here is my new boat. 2012 Sunseeker Manhattan 52. Boat has MAN R6 800 HP engines = 1600 HP. 3 stateroom boat with crew quarters. Cruises at 25 knots max is 33. Image Unavailable, Please Login
Very nice boat Zinger. I have never been on a Sunseeker, how is the build quality compared to a Hatteras, or an Ocean Alexander (if you familiar with those)? It is amazing to me that they would put crew quarters in a 50 foot boat, I suppose that is a more European thing to do.
I am very pleased with the Sunseeker product. Sunseeker builds great boats and the quality is wonderful in my opinion. This is actually my 2nd Sunseeker. I think Sunseekers have great style and I will remain loyal to the brand. As for the crew quarters yes, it is rather small. My wife and I run the boat ourselves. No need for a crew. If we ever need a captain we would gladly let them utilize the 3rd stateroom. -Ryan
Going through New York City. Statue of Liberty.... Not sure why in posted sideways Image Unavailable, Please Login
I used to have a 62' Nordhavn which did have crew quarters but that is common for this style of boat which is designed to go long distances at slow speed. Even when we would go for a long trip all we really needed was one captain/engineer so we never used the crew quarters.
Cool, I haven't made it up there this year, I keep mine on the Potomac... your wake would torment my 35 foot SeaRay!!
Ryan, Any chance you were at the Chesapeake Inn a few weekends ago? A similar boat came in one evening.... These boats on here put my 312 Rinker to shame!!
Yes, I was their but it was 5-6 weeks ago. I took delivery in Rhode Island and drove the boat down to its home slip in Annapolis MD. I stopped in at the resturant for some seafood off the C&D canal, great meal actually! Small world if this was me
