FCA-NC Beach Trip 10/7-9 in Wrightsville Beach: Registration is now open!

Hi guys,

The Ferrari Club of America NC Chapter's 5th Annual Beach Trip is nearing with a new venue and a cooler time of year we're sure you'll enjoy. After 4 years in Beaufort, it was time to spice things up with a new event with less sweat in Wrightsville Beach/Figure-Eight Island in early October! Our FCA events keep getting bigger and bigger and we fully expect another 30+ car/60+ people turnout for the big weekend. Schedule of events:

Friday, October 7:

10:30am: For those from Raleigh and points West: Meet at I-40 Exit 282 (Page Rd.), Sleep Inn parking lot (immediately south of I-40). Head East toward the coast to Wallace, NC. Hit the road by 11am for Wallace (102 miles, 80-90 minutes)

12:30 pm: Lunch at River Landing Clubhouse, Wallace, NC (I-40 Exit 385).

2:00 pm: Depart River Landing for Wrightsville Beach (42 miles, less than 1 hr)

3:00 pm: Arrive in Wrightsville Beach at The Blockade Runner

6:00pm-9:00: Private party at Oceanic Restaurant & Grill, Wrightsville Beach.

Saturday, October 8:

9:30am: Meet in the hotel parking lot to prepare for rally.

10:00am-11:45am: Scenic rally.

12:00pm: Lunch at the exclusive Eagle Point Country Club in Wilmington, NC.

Afternoon: Free to explore or enjoy the beach.

6:00pm-9:00: Saturday evening party generously hosted by Fred & Annette Anderson at their waterfront home on Figure-Eight Island.

unfortunately these trips keep hitting schedule conflicts for us. We are at our Vegas place this weekend. have a safe and enjoyable time everyone. keith

 

WOW! I think this is going to be the best one yet...!!! Marc, thanks for all the hard work. I'm like a 5 year old the night before Christmas just thinking about this event... We've been planning and talking about it and it's finally coming true! I can't wait to see how many people and cars we have for this weekend... It's going to be AWESOME!
