    I recently aquired what I think is a rare 3500/T GT "Uso e Manutenzione, or Use and Maintence manual. It's a very early manual with a black and gold embossed hard cover with a gold Maserati logo. Inside are some "water proof" blue prints which are more pink and black than "blue". They cover the engine, head, Webber carb, ZF transmission with early shift knob, and differential, electrical with color description of wires, etc, etc,.

    It actually says 3500/T on the leading page; with a dealer brochure attached. And it has dealer and service address on one page for Italy, France, Belgium, Switzerland, Sweden, Mexico, Argentina, United States, and South Africa.

    Many pages are dated 1956 and 1957.

    Has anyone seen or come across one of these?

    Yes I have one of these early manuals. I sent mine to MIE so they could copy it. Mine does not have the hard cover but a dark blue embossed cover and back. It also has the velum prints for the engine, transmission, differential wiring diagram, ventilating system, Carb parts. The printed pages are blue prints on white (Faded to yellow) paper.

    Interesting Gene! Does yours have a leaflet with a photo of the 3500/T GT shown on front and the specs on the back? Are the pages dated 56-57 ?

    I do not have a leaflet or photo. My pages have various dates located on the bottom left in very small type some are 7-12-58, most are 7-9-56, pages 17, 17A& 17B are dated 7-11-54 and then pages 19& 20 have the dates 7-9-56 on the bottom left and 13/7/57 on the top right.
