For longer trips with my 246GT I want to create a little bit more space for my luggage.
One option is to use the emergency wheel from the 308.
It has the same design, it even has the "Dino" letters on it,
it fits and I can put some stuff under the hood :)
I found one one my Italy tripp last weekend, but without tyre.
Does anybody know the available tyre size for it?
    The wheel size is 3 1/4 x 18"

Check with Edwardo, 350HPMondial......IIRC he has a complete unit and can give you the info on the tire fitment.

One of my cars came with one but wanting a 'set of five" matching rims,...the Dino script had me thinking it was a mistake in fitment .... I lost it over the years...

On trips with my wife and luggage, I pack one of those cans which you spray into the flat. Reinflate the tire and you are good for a few hundred km. I don't bring the spare at all

Flat tires are rare these days. I doubt if they are in the top 20 list of what can go wrong with a Dino on a trip.

Yup, already checked with them, too (as well as many other well known parts vendors whose names you would all recognize).

All say the same story - Not in stock. Out of production. Little hope.

Someone, anyone - PLEASE prove me wrong!

I've been searching for a new or NOS tire in 105 R 18 -or- 105/80 R 18 size for several years now!

    Cheers - DM

Good advice plus the spare is heavy to be driving aroundand you really do not want to be using the jack or tools if you treasure the rocker panels on your car. A cell phone, can of fix a flat and a auto club membership is a much better way to go.

    Done, but no joy.

Maybe I just haven't found the right firm yet?

    Any clues?

    Thanks - DM
