The first GTO is #175 s/n 3607GT...

 

...and I'm not 100% sure but the second GTO could be #173 s/n 5095GT...

2) Is that a non - pontoon Testa Rossa next to it ?

 

(2) Appears to be the 412MI. von Neuman's cars generally ran with either race no. 11 or 211. One of the greatest battles I ever witnessed was between Hill in the 412MI and one of the Scarabs, at Riverside. Swapped places almost every lap. Maybe these pix came from that same race?

 

Indeed barchetta lists Ginther in #211 412MI (0744) for Riverside '59, so this fits.
