I love how Monday races are fast and (mostly) caution free. you don't think the drivers want to get home, do you?
boring race, interesting finish due to the fuel gambles. nice run by smoke. I finished 7/14/18/22. meh.
Dear Commissioner Idiot, Are we crowning the winner of the playoffs as the champion? Given that everyone makes the playoffs (and that I'm currently # 2 overall ) I disagree with this approach. The champion should be the overall winner IMHO. Respectfully yours, SRB
+1 as the person in the overall last place position I still agree that the winner should be the overall winner. I'm just going to win the last segment
http://espn.go.com/racing/nascar/cup/story/_/id/7001280/nascar-rules-tweaks-affect-talladega-drafting Damn, there goes my strategy. -SRB
why don't they just take the plates off and put the truck bodies on the cup cars (or at least, duplicate the aero signature of the trucks for the COT cars).
I'm docking you 100 points and fining you $50,000 for being disrespectful. Thanks, and have a good day. LOL, I bet you if you had an overall lead of 500 points but was last in the 'Playoffs' you would be as silent as a church mouse, right? I will have to take a vote of all the teams and see what they say.
Smoke's on fire! I finished 17/20/25/29 stupid fuel economy races. had Gordon and Ragan (4th and 7th) on my bench
Damn, I went to run errands with about 100 laps to go and I had 3 drivers in the top 11. They finished 4/19/25/26 I think. Ugh.
Guys, I'm in kind of a quandry over this. On one hand, I like the 'full season/drop your worst single segment start' points, because if we base it ONLY on the playoff segment it's not quite like the nascar 'Chase' playoff because in ours here, everyone is eligible, in the 'real' chase they basically only take the top 30 percent in points. And we didn't discuss it beforehand.
