the same for weeks on end; it appears that more owners post on ebay,cars.com etc as I have been looking at both 8 & 12 cylinder and see the same ads every day for like 2 months....why is this? dog

I've been looking at those ads for some time, and truthfully there are at least a couple 328's I'd be following up on. Unfortunately, wife wants me to wait a few more... years...

Maybe these cars are not turning over like in the past.....way more cars on the market in recent years with only a limited number of people with cash to purchase, or who are willing to spend money for an exotic right now.

Canada was lucky to have maybe, 20-30 Ferrari for sale a few years ago....now we have over 250 listings which is a lot for the small Canadian market.

People are wanting to sell, not many willing to buy.

Everyone is rushing as it's the end of summer. A lot of people won't be shopping for one in a few months until the spring.

Even with the money, it's tough to spend it with life being as insecure as it is these days...I'm in that camp.

I have noticed that the same cars seem to be sticking on EBay for months at a time. Two reasons

    1. No one is buying so the seller relists
    2. People are asking way too much for their cars. Way too much. I am seeing $40k 308s and $50-60k 328s. Before anyone freaks out and starts telling me that "that is market price" or "anything less is junk" save it. People aren't buying premium, platinum winning cars right now. You want to move your car, you had better price it right. That's BUYER right not seller right.

I have been watching the silver TR out of Florida for months along with the yellow 348 that was $35k without a bid for months and now they put a $37k buy it now on it. Same result. The black 348 with black wheels out of Miami that is WAY overpriced at $45k. The black TR from orange, CA that they will never get $60k for.

I really do hope that he is still passionate about finding the right Ferrari model for his purpose.

In an economic global depression the least important thing is a beautiful high maintenance money pit for the fence riders who were knocked down to the side of poverty.
