Ok.. as of recent my Nikon 300s and lens arsenals have been in mothballs..

I have been enamored with the Micro 4/3 rds format..
Trying to prove to myself it is a worthy competitor to the Big Boys..
    I have done some testing..
There is only one test...How far a picture stays crisp when enlarging and the quality..

Can we have some participation in posting a few pics of a subject, with any or all of your cameras, as it was taken and then some cropping and then some more tremendous cropping to see how it holds up..any Digital format...Great proving grounds.

    Heres one of Mine
    Subject: The Plaza
Taken with a panasonic Micro 4/3..and Leica 25 F1.4 lens hand held on auto..
    looks good under the test
    I am impressed myself

    post enlargements with camera details..

Interesting thread. In order to be meaningful, I would suggest the following:

    - the site pic resolution limit is 800 x 800
    - post 800x800 down-res of actual pic, so we can see the overall scene
    - post center crop of 800x800 resolution, 1:1 pixel
    - post an outermost corner crop of 800x800 resolution 1:1 pixel
    - no color correction, post-processing, etc
    - post lens, camera, fstop and shutter speed

I know it's a bit more work, hopefully mostly just the corner crop. But it would present the maximum relevant details to help judge a lens. I see lots of sharp lenses on center, but off center performance and vignetting/falloff are important too.
