I have been watching Roy's car as it has gone through it's "rebirth" over the last year+. It is now 99% done and I have to say, the car exceeds ANY expectation that would be placed against it.

Whatever pictures you guys see won't do it justice. The level of detail that has gone into the restoration makes this car almost priceless. The suspension work alone is insane. I give kudos to Roy for driving it back north. You guys know I drive my cars a lot and don't believe in garage queens but this car is so perfect it almost makes me sad to think there will be dust on it. Yes I just said that. ;-)

If anyone wants a Lambo that could compete in ANY Concours and win most, buy this at before Roy drives it up the 101 behind a semi and meets his first stone.

    Roy, congrats
on the car. There is not a finer example out there.

yes, that 5000S, black red, weber car

now the car has been restored (repainted, new interior, engine and gearbox ...)

it is wingless, features a new ANSA SPORT exahust, sounds strong and runs great

It's still a beautiful car and the pics are really nice! May be difficult to pay tolls though, lol.

I remember when they had that car listed for about $100,000 and said they were willing to take less and nobody wanted it! Unbelievable...look at it now. Fantastic!

That defines the recent market. If a car has lots of needs, nobody seems to want it at any price. Make a nice specimen of it and they will come calling...

Do you mind my asking who "they" are? I'm wondering if this is the same car I thought it was.
