    Very sad news. He was one if the true great innovators and Apple has been one of the few bright spots in the US economy lately. RIP, he will be greatly missed.

    +1, I am interested to see what their stock does. I'm not an Apple fan but what he did for Pixar was pretty fantastic too.

    Yup, I highly doubt that was him. I've seen him around Palo Alto several times in his silver SL55 with no license plates

    Not sure I ever knew. I just remember a thread regarding famous Fchatters and Rob confirming Steve was on here during one of his stays at a hospital.

    Exactly the way I recall it, I heard he was a big car guy and loved his Vector so I am assuming he really did take the time to register on the site.
