Sorry I bailed, i just stuffing it. After I tried to get around chris' shop guy and didn't get my pass through, it was all down hill from there...
who from CXC was racing? Kyle is damn fast, when he races; but he's usually too busy trying to remove his head with a mountain bike. Radical at Laguna Seca is a tough combo but a blast when it goes right (and a disaster when it goes wrong )
I was pretty proud of myself for having about 15 minutes to practice with the car I just downloaded and then qualify 1st. But as they say, speed sets the pace and consistency wins the race. I had a few offs and Chris took it in what became a close race on the last lap. Congrats, Chris! Chas, you suck for not being there after calling me out for the past few months!!!
Yeah, that was a fun race! Very close at the end BTW, it was Nick racing today Chas. We weren't supposed to race, but Nick convinced me to take a little time out.....
I humbly suggest the LMP car at road atlanta for this week (or the radical). I ran the iRacing Petit Lemans today and had a blast. Field was 40 cars and I was far enough up that I was out of the noise.
i wont be here this week. headed to smmr to drive a radical for a coupla days. have to be careful on road atlanta there are holes in the track map that will break the car unless they fixed it. did a some races there last week in the lmp got a 3 and 5 but also 2 dnf's because of that.
This week Patrick Long is joining us again. Race Details: Car: HPD ARX-01C Track: Road Atlanta Setup: Open Here is how you join: Sign in the Hosted Section of iRacing's website. I am still at my billing cave, and now considering escaping at 7:30 and not 8:00 as previously planned to confirm my blades are adequately sharpened here. My set kinda sucks, as it is a sebring set with basically shorter gears. I can only get like 1:10 or 1:11 out of my set.
I missed all the good racing. My keyboard got messed up because fraps was running. Well, that and driving 100+ in the pits backwards. Somehow I won, and managed to keep patrick at bay. It was a cool story. Image Unavailable, Please Login
the Iracing results have Chris2/Patrick winning, and you a lap down? I have no idea what happened in that race. bizarre. I did set fastest lap, on a banzai lap right at the end after my blown engine got fixed great car/track combo IMO. Image Unavailable, Please Login
