I just got a Hoffman tester set (http://garage.ideola.com/prod-Tools.html) I saw recommended on a Porsche forum ; looks pretty substantial and even comes with Bosch CIS testing instructions. Thought I'd post before I open any fuel connections and avoid surprises learned by others. I've seen the posted .pdf on 328 fuel pres testing. Will I need anything besides a few copper washers for the banjo fitting?

Fresh copper gaskets. Do not reuse the old ones as they can leak so slow you won't notice it until its too late

You already know the WUR alters pressure as the engine warms up, and that there are plenty of factory numbers available, so we await your results.

I've got the test pressures and the Factory SB on K-Jet w/Lambda from Larry F to help me.

I did it on my car (308 QV). It was a while ago, so I don't have any specific pointers, but it wasn't hard. Get the specs from the workshop manual, and pick up a copy of the Bosch Fuel Injection and Engine Management book by Probst so you know what you are looking at.

Thanks. I've been reading the Probst book for a week and gathering QV K-Jet w/Lambda data from various sources.
