Go with the German TV. Speed commentators are hopeless when it comes to foreign languages (that includes American English ). Varsha's "Franker Champs" comes to mind (aka Francorchamps). But the worst commentator is the guy who pronounces Vettel like the table water Vitel. I believe DC does that, but can't say for sure.
The latter. The important thing however is to accentuate the first syllable - FETTle. The Top Geary guys always say "fe-TELL", which is horribly wrong.
We get Deutsche Weld news here nightly and they made much of Seb's WDC. Came as a bit of a shock to see that on PBS.
Well I have replied to posts that have stated he is in melt down finished game over too much too soon you name it. To your quote what more do you need, only a fast car, Ham in Vet's cars = same result IMO.. no one to crash into just keep em behind you, you know it.
Disagree, you need a lot more than raw speed. You need to know when to use that speed and when not, which risks to take and which not, you need to work with your tires and not against them, and much more... as said before, it seems to me that Hamilton's only mode of operation is "flat out", without consideration of all that above.
Yeah, there is something not right in the LH camp. There was absolutely no joy for him at all. He looked miserable even though he put the car on pole and ended RBR's streak.
Agreed when to know to use the speed, it happened last year, Lewis held off saved his engine tyres whatever and Button, sailed passed him, same with Vettel he did his nut in when Webber took him out, you seem to think because Vettel runs off like a hare at the start he is a better driver wrong!, his team told him back off from Alonso, they are all the same. I maintain, put Hamilton in Vettels car with Webber playing the part he has this year would = the same result, how high do want to put Vettel, will shall see the next race.
I'm not blaming him. He's a competitive driver, and frankly, with Seb winning the WDC, who really cares whose on pole? I mean, obviously the teams need to secure the best WCC for better cash, but from the drivers point of view, does it really matter, since everything is settled now? I highly doubt it...
