Ah crap, I knew that. For some reason while I was typing I had Zr1 in my head. Thank you for noticing. I would change that except I can't edit the post for some reason.

 

Saw a beautiful blue Continental GT (I guess on the GT part, but it was a newer 2d Bentley) at Main & SW 24th in Norman today. Light blue metallic, really made the car stand out.

 

Correction. 75 units worldwide. That more than likely came from Straightline Auto down here in Dallas. They had 2 of them at one point.

 

Actually, it is 175 units plus 15 to Canada. It is to honor Jaguar's 75th anniversary.

Looks like the turnout was pretty good for the first and second weekends.

 

At the October meet, there was a 550M, a 360, 2 360 Spiders, a Mondial, and a 458.

 

I plan to be a regular as long as the weather is nice. I am in Norman so this is great to have something like this close by. I am planning on being at the next event. I just now found out about it.

 

Also planning to be a regular (gawker) so long as the weather is nice.


With the enormous parking lot at the Lloyd Noble, I'm surprised there aren't more shows/gatherings in Norman.

 

355 Spyder at the 12 Ave SE & Cedar Lane 4 way stop in Norman. First 348/355 I've even seen in person!

 

Well, keep your eyes open. I drive my black 348TS all over Norman as much as possible.

 

All of this in Tulsa: About two weeks ago i saw a gray Dodge Viper (pictured) and a metallic gray Aston Martin V8 Vantage. This weekend I saw a metallic gray Aston Martin V8 Vantage Convertible (pictured) and a BMW Z8, as well as countless 911s in various configurations. It seems I've brought the family into this spotting business because my mother sent me a picture of a yellow Ferrari California she saw and my younger sister sent a picture of a grigio Ferrari 550 Maranello.

Hey guys, I was at a European car show held at Bricktown in OKC this weekend. I was able to park my black 348 next to a beautiful red 458. Good stuff!

Red Diablo in OKC today... was turning in to Jackie Cooper audio at NW Expressway and 63rd by BWW and Outback.

 

Here are a couple of Vipers. The orange one was spotted by me at an OSU home football game and the black one I saw at the movie theater in Stillwater. Forgive the quality on the black one, that is an Iphone 3GS at night while running to catch up with a few friends.

Black Audi R8 this afternoon, in Chickasha. Wasn't expecting that!

 

It belongs to a friend of mine who lives in Lawton. He is also an FChatter. He had an F430 spider before the R8. Go to the Atlanta Bread Company in Lawton on a Saturday morning and you may meet him and see some other interesting cars as well.

Saw a Fisker Karma this evening at 71st and Lewis in Tulsa.

 

Is there a dealership at the Caddy dealer?

Spent Wednesday and Thursday in Tulsa visiting current and future clients.

On Wednesday night, spotted a black 599 HGTE and 430 coupe parked on the road outside a bar/restaurant somewhere in midtown (near Docs, I think).

Lots of scenery in Tulsa these days
