What are we racing today? Can escape cave at reasonable hour because I worked crazy hours the first days of this week.

 

did we ever reach a consensus on the late model at a short track?

if not, and we want to stick to road courses, I suggest something (anything) at Barber.

 

I don't think we did. If we do a circle track, let's do one of the default small ones so we have a sort of bull ring going on. Otherwise, we get separated so easily.

 

I'd suggest Lanier, South Boston or USA Speedway (the one in Lakeland, your old neck of the woods )

OK here's what we're doing this week:

Track: Lanier Speedway

Car: Chevrolet Monte Carlo SS (aka Late Model)

Setups: Fixed (Lanier basic setup)

Practice: 80 minutes starting at 4:30 PT (7:30 ET)

Qualifying: 4 laps/10 minutes

Race: 20 minutes

ovals are hilarious fun, even if it's not your regular iracing activity I'd suggest you give it a try

seriously, if you haven't tried the ovals, give them a chance. Justin got up to speed pretty quickly. and it's more fun than a barrel of monkeys

sprint cup at infineon or vir
legend cars at charlotte infield road course or texas road long.

I don't miss that nonsense from the NE. a friend posted on FB that it was snowing in Hanover, NH (she works for Dartmouth). snow before Halloween....no thanks.

that's what I get for trying to race while the Cardinals are playing in a World Series game.

 

I made a short stop, but I was way way off the pace, so I dropped out. Been very busy at work these days...

 

all billing cave and no iracing makes Gator a dull boy

 

You guys want to try a flat out oval with stock cars next week? I'm feeling some real door to door racing...

Maybe even the Dallaras again?
